Full payment is required at the time of booking and secures your date,
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. An enquiry alone does not secure a date.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, the date may be released to other clients.
Cancellations & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances, due to balloons being specific for your order.
If Full of Wind Balloons needs to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
Balloon Care & Responsibility
Once balloons are delivered or collected, responsibility passes to the customer. Please handle them with care.
We cannot replace balloons that pop due to handling (for example, being squashed in a car) without an additional charge.
Float Time & Weather
Latex helium balloons typically float up to 12 hours; we use Hi-Float to extend this, but cannot guarantee beyond 24 hours.
Foil balloons usually last 4 days to a week, though this is not guaranteed.
Balloon longevity depends on temperature and environment. We are unable to take responsibility for balloons placed outdoors due to unpredictable weather.
Equipment Hire
Any equipment (such as hoops, stands, boards, light signs, or easels) is hire only and remains the property of Full of Wind Balloons.
Please do not move hired equipment unless agreed. Damaged items may incur replacement costs.
Equipment will be collected at a pre-arranged time.
Balloon Disposal
If no equipment is hired, disposal of balloons is the customer’s responsibility.
Please do not release helium balloons outdoors — our motto is “Pin it and bin it.”
Venues & Insurance
We hold Public Liability Insurance and are fully registered with HMRC.
Please check with your venue in advance if insurance documents are required. If access is refused due to venue requirements, payment may be forfeited.
